Monochromatic Navy Look

If I had to choose only one color for my look it would certainly be navy. It looks gorgeous in

any any materials and is wonderful base for accessories. It is like black, it goes with almost

every color and still look unique. I choose this outfit for a family event and I'm sure it was a

nice choice.

On me : Zara pants, Mango top, H&M rings, silver watch from personal collection

Mediation and Relaxation

I started meditating and doing yoga about 1 year ago when I had that difficult period of exams in school. I couldn't sleep well because of stress and especially because I didn't have a program. One day I could fall asleep at 10 p.m. and the next day at 5 a.m. so my body and mind needed something to calm down and relax. And I follow my mom's advice and started meditating (thanks mom).
At first it was strange and I didn't really get it but after a while it became part of my life.
I would recommend everyone who wants to try it to start with guided meditation (there are a lot of videos on youtube). My first one was this one here:

When you start to understand how it works look for a list of music that relaxes you. For example I never use piano music for meditation because I can't concentrate. You can find a lot of really good music on Youtube and Spotify like me. Here are few of my choices :

Skincare favorites

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hello everyone! I would like to introduce you my favorite skin care product from Bioten. It's the best everyday cream I've ever tried in my life so far. It is the only one that gives my skin this wonderful glowing and healthy look without extra oiliness. This cream is made for normal combination skin and has very light texture so it is the best option for my oily skin and gives my skin the hydration it needs. It provides natural and smooth skin and fix any blemishes, redness and breakouts if I use it twice a day. I apply it before my I have my makeup done and after I have it removed.
This cream is eco-friendly and based on natural ingredients so that actually make me feel little bit better about my self when I use it. And it smells really wonderful!
It is also "pocket-friendly" because you find it in shops for about 5 euro so even if it won't match your skin type you can give it a try!
I truly believe that there is no need to spend hundreds of euros on products you don't really need especially when you are on your 20's. The important is to find nice and natural products that match your skin and your lifestyle the best.

Summer routine

Left to right: essence all-in-one BB cream, essence stay all day 16h long lasting makeup, AVON mattifying foundationGarnier skin naturals BB cream combination to oily skin, tianDe Soothing Balm for sensitive skin

My summer skin care and makeup routine is always much different in summer (I live in Greece and here summer actually lasts about 6 months). I always have my tips and dos because my skin is really oily and needs extra care especially when its hot and sunny outside.

Left to right: Garnier Skin Naturals Hydra-Adapt Hydra Match moisturizing cream,  L'OREAL  Dermo-Expertise Derma Genesis cellular invigorating toner, Bioten moisturizing 24hour cream

1. MOISTURIZING MOISTURIZING MOISTURAZING
Use light and fresh moisturizing cream for daytime and never forget to apply it before you have your makeup done. That will help you feel fresh, make your skin smooth and your foundation will apply much better and give you more natural effect.

Lefto to right: Garnier skin naturals BB cream combination to oily skin,  essence soft touch make-up mousse, essence all about  matt! fixing compact powder, essence all about matt! high covering concealer

2. PROTECT YOURSELF
Always use SPF protection especially for your face. Choose at least 30 SPF protection because your skin is very sensitive and a lot of sun age skin faster and no one wants it for sure. Apply it after your moisturizing cream or even mix them together for better effect (and if you are as lazy as me).

3. PERFECT SKIN
In summer especially in daytime it's better to avoid heavy foundations. I really like to use a BB cream instead of it because it's lighter. I also choose one for oily skin and with SPF protection so i can skip the STEP2 and save time. But if you can't imagine yourself without foundation choose oil free one for your summer make up routine. Also don't forget to choose the right shade because your skin color changes in summer so the one that you use in winter won't work.

4. CORRECTING
For my blemishes and breakouts I always use a creamy concealer that matches perfectly my skin tone. I just put a small amount on the places that i want to cover and press it gently with my fingers to blend it until it gets invisible but still cover the imperfections. After I always apply a setting powder to avoid any extra glow and set my foundation and concealer. They will stay on much longer that way. I also reapply it during the day so that is the product that I always have in my bag.

Left to right: essence Lash PRINCESS volume mascara, essence lash & brow gel mascara, eyelashes curler

5. IT'S ALL ABOUT EYES
Try not to use heavy and dark products for your eyes and eyebrows in hot weather especially in daytime. Prefer nude and light eyeshadows and point on a good mascara. Find good color for your brow pencil and just cover any gaps they have, brush them gently to smooth the product and set everything together with eyebrow gel.

Left to right:   AVON red dahlia lipstick, MAYBELLINE NEW YORK  color sensational 955 craving coral

6. COLOR
Nice tip for summer is to apply your lipstick instead of blush (I use craving coral from Maybelline New York). Put few dots on your cheek apples and blend it with your fingers or a brush. That will give your skin natural glow and color and also that wonderful sunkissed look we all want.

7. THAT LIPS
I prefer to use small amount of red lipstick on my lips that I blend with my fingers for very natural effect. Also nice choice is to use nude colors like beige or pink. You can also just apply a lip gloss for fuller and fresh lips effect.

It's always a perfect choice to "invest" in natural beauty in hot summer days. If you feel fresh and light, you for sure feel better than having 1kg of makeup on your face and live with that fear of melting outside.
